Implementation Manager (London, Canary Wharf)

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

To provide a centralised point of contact across Client Administration for all new, terminated and in-specie transfers

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• To coordinate all new, terminated and in-specie transfers in conjunction with the European New Business department
• To provide a centralised point of contact for the New Business team across Client Administration
• To review the reporting requirements in line with standards and resolve issues as appropriate.
• To ensure new, changed and terminations are processed across shareholder services correctly and timley
• To attend the Deal team meetings and others as and when necessary
• To ensure all relevant systems are set up as necessary and terminated as appropriate
• Escalate all issues to Manager as and when appropriate
• To ensure we have full and comprehensive procedures.

OUR REQUIREMENTS

Degree educated or equivalent with experience of working in the financial industry.
Good understanding of reports and products.
Must be organised
Confident dealing with Senior Management
Quick decision maker
Strong iInterpersonal skills are required with problems solving and analytical skills.
