An experienced in-house resourcing professional is required to assist in managing and developing a leading international Recruitment function.
This organisation is a leading Financial Services business with the HQ in London. A senior Recruitment professional is required to help manage the day to day operations of the function but also to play a major part in the further development of the groups future service offering. This role will play a key role in looking at the Recruitment strategy, putting in place the appropriate operational processes and reporting tools, managing internal client relationships and also external vendor agreements and enhancement of employer brand.
Candidates must be experienced in-house recruitment professionals and have a good knowledge of Recruitment processes and vendor management. Financial services experience is not necessary although a strong interest in the sector will be expected. Excellent project management and communication skills are essential.
