Strategy Consultant

Accenture’s Strategy professionals identify and implement high performance business value creation.

We currently have opportunities for strategy professionals whose broad experience will include:

• Corporate Strategy – Enterprise transformation, Merger and Acquisition/Merger Integration (due diligence execution, post-merger operating model development, journey management) and Private Equity;
• Organizational Strategy – Organization analysis and design, corporate culture and leadership assessment and strategic alignment management;
• Growth and Innovation – Future sources of growth identification, innovation capabilities assessment and design and high-priority initiatives implementation;
• Pricing Strategy and Profitability Assessment – Pricing and profitability analytics, price setting, pricing governance and pricing technology.

Key Responsibilities

Consultants are active team members. Working under the supervision of more senior colleagues, our Consultants are expected to solve complex problems in a client-facing context and review the work of less-experienced people.

The ideal candidates will possess the following skills:

Client Relationship Development and Management – Build deep working relationships with clients and Accenture colleagues.

Structured Problem Solving and Business Assessment – Help identify and structure key issues into an issue-tree and set of hypotheses, and plan and conduct research and analyses that address the most relevant issues.

Value Analysis and Insight Development – Conduct rigorous quantitative analyses to generate insights around client business performance improvement and value creation opportunities.

Strategy Development – Support shaping innovative and pragmatic value propositions, business strategies, operating models that lead to large-scale transformation.

Effective Communication – Plan and execute influential communications that drive client commitment and motivate Executives to adopt a new perspective or take action.

Strategic Business Transformation – Support planning and management of specifics parts of strategic business transformations that meet business objectives and involve a broad range of Accenture capabilities.

You Will Bring Us:

• A University Degree in Business Administration or Business Engineering with top grades
• At least 2 years significant professional experience in a leading company
• Strong communication and relationship skills
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Business acumen in at least one Industry (macro-economic evolution, competitive dynamics, value drivers, functional areas and processes, value chain, technology evolution)
• Expertise in at least one area of Specialized Strategy: Corporate Strategy, Merger and Acquisition / Merger Integration, Marketing and Sales
• Good teamwork skills and project and people management capabilities
• Knowledge of all appropriate tools/methodologies (performances analysis, business case development)
• Fluent English
