Leading a team, you will be responsible for managing license applications for new exchanges and for ongoing supervision of such exchanges including mergers/ takeovers. In addition you will provide ongoing technical advice & assistance to Senior Management on issues relating to operation of such entities.
Requirements
Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years’ commercial/ regulatory experience within a securities/ futures exchange. Experience of both primary and secondary markets is a key prerequisite for this role.
