Function Title : Premier Banking Relationship Manager, Onshore Segment and Offshore Segment and Expatriate Segment
Department : Premier Banking (Roles and Responsibilities) :
To acquire, develop and strengthen Premier Banking customer relationships through effective relationship management in accordance with business goals.
To contribute to bottom-line of Premier Banking through accomplishment of profit and growth targets.
Manage and develop relationships with new and existing affluent customers through professional consultative financial analysis
Active sourcing and prospecting of affluent customers
Upselling, cross-selling, providing regular market information updates and trend analysis
Ensure superior customer service thereby contributing to the overall customer experience of Premier Banking
Reporting to :
Premier Banking Team Manager
Requirements :
2-3 years sales experience in the banking and financial services industry, preferably in managing the affluent segment
Good university degree
CLI, ILP, FNA, HI certificates preferred
Sound knowledge of banking products and services, investment products (i.e. unit trusts, bancassurance and treasury products)
Knowledge in Mandarin and Malay would be a distinct advantage
Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
Creativity, initiative, drive, ability to work independently and in a team are essential attributes
Willing to travel
Consistent sales performance
