Manager of the Trade Support Team in London. Leading a small team responsible for all trade support functions, including training and career development, daily sign off of reconciliations and controls, project management and developing and maintaining strong working relationships both within the Bank and externally.
Thorough understanding of all products and derivative instruments and all related systems.
Ensure appropriate controls and procedures are in place to ensure cash and positions are maintained in a controlled environment with minimal Operational Risk.
Develop, implement a long term training plan.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships within the Bank, including our Front Office, Settlements, Accounting, Reconciliations, Risk Management, Treasury and IT Teams.
