What you’ll do As a service desk employee, you are the first point of contacts of our internal users, including traders. You must make sure that every ticket is registered properly, and solved accordingly. It is particularly crucial that all trading-related applications are always working. Inside the IT department, you are expected to be flexible and stress-resistant. Of course, all your ideas concerning the amelioration of the department will be discussed. - Registration and coordination of all IT related calls and e-mails

What we need - (Near) native English speaking skills are mandatory!
- Good knowledge of the Dutch language
- Basic knowledge of Windows 2000/2003/XP
- Basic ITIL knowledge
- MBO Level
- Communicative and team player
