Servicing both their Edinburgh & Glasgow city centre offices you will be responsible for delivering a focused, tailored and cost effective training consultancy. You will ensure business objectives are achieved through the design and implementation of a training and development strategy. You will have delivered key outputs in OD and Training & Development. You will have strong MS Office and excellent organisational skills, be a self starter with excellent communication skills both verbal & written. You will have a professional, pro-active and flexible approach to work and possess the ability to deal with staff at all levels. You will also have a strong attention to detail and a proven record of delivery.
