Job Description

In line with the companies growth strategy there is a current opportunity for a Associate/Junior VP level professional to join the Melbourne team. You will quickly be expected to be involved in all aspects of transactions and add core value to the entire process. You will produce sector specific client recommendations, presenting in-depth insights and value-added commentary to complex issues and financial concepts. You will be developing strong client relationships through supporting senior team members in originations within an advisory framework.

Structuring M&A transactions and offering technical advice coupled with managing processes, and expectations both internally and externally will become a part of your day to day activities.

Degree qualified in a relevant finance discipline, you will have a background within an investment banking team of industry speciality or generalist banking, of the major investment banking organisations and are now looking to step up into a boutique offering.

This position requires candidates to have experience within an international investment banking team at an Associate level or greater; our client will consider both local and international candidates of this nature that are serious about making a long term commitment to working in the Australian market.
