As an established Senior Credit Analyst your responsibility will focus primarily on the coverage of a certain number of company names, conducting fundamental, RV and crossover credit analysis of EU& US Institutions providing PMs with your views and investment criteria through critical discussion and reporting. Functions of the position: - Work and contribute ideas to team members within the Credit Research team for open Credit Committee meetings. • Keeping abreast of any ratings changes and providing relative value recommendations on all names within your assigned sector. • Analysis of Institutions that are currently over-priced and/or under-priced including in-depth reporting and communicating concepts to management, conducting extensive financial modelling. Required Background: CFA/MBA Qualification (preferable, non-essential) A proven background in providing Investment Grade EU/US Institutions Analysis and the ability to demonstrate and present findings, with prior in-depth knowledge of accounting and regulatory princicples. Strong IT Skills (Including Excel, Statistical programmes, Bond Valuations) High level of written and verbal communication skills Be able to anticipate market trends and react quickly to an ever-changing market situation, taking advantage of any situations which can lead to improved P&L and wherever possible outperform the team/individual assigned markets.
