Deliverables: -Develop and build the business relationship with assigned accounts. -Through market and client exposure, actively seek out new clients, new products and channels to ensure that our competitive position is maintained. -Seek opportunities to cross sell GBM products and solutions, locally and globally. -To provide linkage with relevant personnel within the relevant GMB businesses. -Maintain frequent and high quality dialogue with other areas of Sales and CRS to help develop a credible business for the targeted transactions. -Actively review account coverage and quantitative & qualitative results to ensure effective relationships are maintained. -Generate added value. -Ensure the employment of market leading best practice. People Management: -Ensure business has effective structure and resources -Ensure effective communication with leadership, management and employees Financial Management -Support SRS Asia in the delivery of 2008 budget. -Better their personal budgeted target for 2009 and beyond. -Management and co-ordination of SRS team costs (direct and indirect). Scope of Role -Ensuring that all of the firm’s governance and compliance policies are adhered to. Requirements -Experience developing multi-derivative, structured solutions sales model -Experience with risk management support -Experience structuring, negotiating and executing multi-derivative (interest rate, inflation, FX, tax, commodity, fund and equity derivative) solutions, relating, but not limited to Credit Market Origination financings. -Experience developing new business opportunities to drive revenues for origination businesses. -Experience in sourcing and executing transactions and liaising with internal parties – traders, originators, structures, credit, legal, compliance and finance; and external parties – clients, advisers, regulators and lawyers. -Fluency in written & spoken Japanese. -Bi-cultural understanding -Degree or other relevant financial qualification -Achieving Excellence -Gathering Information -Understanding Issues -Influencing -Collaborating for Success
