As the Business Development Director for Asia Pacific you will be responsible for leading the identification, structuring, negotiation, and closing of all non-standard deals across technology, outsourcing, media, alliances, and minority investments. You will also develop and manage the strategic partner plan across the region through working very closely with the in-country teams across Asia Pacific. The ideal candidate will possess the following criteria • 10+ years work experience (ideally gained in the finance and media/online industries) • Strong M&A and Strategic Alliances background • Demonstrable experience in dealing with C-level contacts in media and technology industries and effective in building cross-cultural relationships • Asia experience • Strong numerical and strategic skills • Excellent communicator and team player • Strong client facing skills This is a very high profile role and as such requires a dedicated, passionate, and enthusiastic professional willing to work across multiple markets and dynamic team structures.
