Mellon Capital Management Corporation is seeking a Performance Measurement Analyst who will be involved in calculating performance for domestic and global institutional investment strategies.

Effective performance measurement will require a thorough understanding of valuation methodologies and investment guidelines/objectives.  This position requires heavy interaction with customer service associates/portfolio management/trading staff as well as MCM accountants located in Pittsburgh.  The Performance Measurement Analyst is responsible for satisfying various Client and Marketing requests.

BA/BS degree. CFA candidate. Two plus years in the investment industry. Experience with spreadsheets, macros and performance measurement/attribution systems. Experience downloading and manipulating data from financial databases Thorough knowledge financial markets, investment vehicles and strategies. Aptitude for quantitative analysis/problem solving. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and strong work ethic.
