We are currently looking to expand our product offering in the US to include European Equity Sales Directors, VPs and Associates in our New York office.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to build Macquarie's European equity presence in the US by developing and implementing strategies to generate sales to new and existing institutional clients and providing market and stock analysis. You will maintain considerable client contact and liaison as an account manager and will accompany research analysts to road shows, marketing events and conferences. Working within a flat management structure, you will be given the tools, autonomy and flexibility to build upon your skills and experience to develop and grow our US business. To be successful, you will have:
2-10 years previous experience in an Institutional Equity Sales role, selling European equity to US based clients;
strong client relationships;
highly developed sales, persuasion and negotiation skills;
excellent time management and organisational capabilities;
a high achievement drive and a willingness to go the extra mile;
exceptional verbal, presentation and written skills
