My client is a highly reputable Private Bank, who has dominated the market by providing bespoke financial products and a world class personal service to their niche client base.

Even with recent market conditions my client has shown strength and growth and is now looking for Senior Private Bankers to join their team focussing on the Turkish market.

Main duties of the role are: -

• You must currently be managing a portfolio of at least $100million with the ability to bring a proportion of this client base

  • Create and develop new relationships via a network of HNW individuals and family offices

• Offer a full Private Banking and Wealth Management service to maximise portfolio income

• Ensure agreed budgeted targets are met or exceeded

• Develop relationships with intermediaries who may be sources for new business

• Previous Experience in managing and developing a portfolio of Clients with at least $100million of AUM

• Demonstrate the ability to look after a High Value client base

• Knowledge of products and services provided by key business partners and assessing when to hand off

• You will have a proven track record in providing financial solutions to High Net Worth individuals ensuring that the products you offer match their needs.

• Plan and execute sales campaigns nationwide

• Further strengthen company profile in the high net worth area

Qualifications/Work Experience

• Have at least five years relevant experience, having performed a similar role in a blue-chip organisation

• deally be a well known name with an established reputation

• Be sales oriented with good product knowledge particularly of managed portfolios and alternative asset management

• Be capable of and be motivated to sell to successful and influential people

• Be a self-starter able to work with a degree of day-to-day autonomy

• Be an excellent planner and organiser

• Be a team player that is able to gain the respect of his/her peers

• Be someone who is resilient, self-confident with presence and energy

• Possess good sales and client relationship skills

• He/she must have good and established contacts with the professional and high net worth community

• Possess a successful track record of winning and developing accounts

• Possess knowledge of tax, property and have a grasp of overall wealth management issues

• Ideally you will hold your relevant financial advice certificates,
