Leading Russian universal bank which is building a top tier western style investment banking subsidiary is looking for Senior Real Estate Analyst/Associate for their Infrastructure and Real Estate Investment Funds Group
Key Responsibilities:
Real estate market research
Analysis of real estate market development
Financial analysis on real estate projects
Preparing financial models and cash flow analysis
Analysis on feasibility of construction and use of real estate projects
Drafting and presenting reports on real estate projects
Drafting investment memoranda
Drafting letters of intent
Drafing presentations
Coordination of third party consultancy
Support to fund/investment managers in execution and finalization of transaction documentation
Relevant Experience:
Minimum three years of relevant working experience is required
Experience with a real estate consulting company and its Capital Markets department or Strateic Consulting department or Valuation department is a plus
