A first rate front office property finance opportunity.
Bankers with experience in a corporate, or structured, property finance role, ideally as a front office support/credit analyst, required by a proactive European lender to join its front office team, working on both bilateral and syndicated lending facilities in connection with the financing of commercial investment and development properties in the UK and Europe.
Key duties will include origination support, structuring as well as detailed credit analysis of potential transactions (ranging from £10m upwards in deal size), the preparation of credit proposals and their presentation to credit committee and the analysis of property tenants and cash flows.
Working alongside the deal originators, this role will provide the opportunity for a talented and ambitious individual, who consistently demonstrates an aptitude and enthusiasm for the work of property finance to further develop their skills at a rapid pace.
