Despite recent financial market unrest, our client seeks an experienced analyst to focus on Property lending. THIS ROLE WILL BE BASED IN GERMANY and as such language fluency is essential. 

You will be a dedicated property credit analyst, working on both bilateral and syndicated lending facilities in connection with the financing of commercial investment and development properties in the UK and Europe. Looking ahead primary geographic targets include France, the US and Scandi regions.  

Key duties will include detailed credit analysis and assesment of potential transactions, the preparation of credit proposals, their presentation to credit committee and the analysis of property tenants and cash flows.

This role will provide the opportunity for a talented and ambitious individual, who consistently demonstrates an aptitude and enthusiasm for the work of property finance to develop their skills further.
