Transfer Agency - Registration - Supervisor (ref 0808-62ET)
Your main role:
oversee the day to day activity of the Registration Department
provide guidelines to the policies and procedures to enhance effectiveness
monitor the KYC requirements from clients
liaise with internal and external auditors.
establish service standards and procedures for Transfer Agency clients
educate clients on changing industry initiatives through presentations.
staff supervision and training
Your profile:
university degree in accounting, banking, business administration, or equivalent professional qualificationOnly candidates who are EU residents or currently hold a valid Luxembourg work permit can be considered for this position
5 years experience in Transfer Agency
minimum 2 years of management/supervisory experience
advanced computer skills (MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook…)
fluent English, written and spoken
