Our client is a household name in the retail banking business. As part of the strategy to broaden the business coverage in Asia, the organisation is transforming it's banking platform to meet changing needs.
You will design and implement change strategies to manage the organisational and people management challenges arising from this program. Through identifying key resistance points, you will design and drive training/coaching strategies to ensure the business transit smoothly into the next phase.
You have significant experience in change management / organisational development. As a key advisor to the business, strong generalist experience will also come into handy when dealing with broad business issues.
