Reporting directly to the General Manager you will have direct influence in the Business Continuity planning of this market wide role. You will drive the Development, implementation and on-going execution of the business continuity framework working across all the business units. The Role • Strategically and effectively Implementing and managing the business continuity framework • Continued enhancement of the business continuity framework • Coordination and assessment of business unit BCP development and maintenance • Incident and emergency response arrangements • Group BCP Testing • Liaising with external parties in Market Participation BCP Assessment • Acting as primary representative at core external stakeholder business continuity groups The Candidate • Ideally, you are currently sitting in a BCM role within financials services/professional services/ or non-financial services having offered exceptional strategic direction to senior stakeholders and solid hands on BCP background • 5+ years experience designing and implementing broad-based business continuity frameworks in financial services and across other industries • demonstrated senior leadership experience in the enhancement of the business continuity framework via on-going gap, incident, threat • Exceptional senior stakeholder management skills The Organisation Great accountability given from upper management to demonstrate your strengths and BCM expertise.
