A boutique Private Bank with a highly regarded international reputation, is looking to expand their front office teams as part of the banks expansion.

Through their success they have experienced a growth within their market and are now looking for successful Private Bankers and Wealth Managers who share their passion to offer a 1st class service and to help continue with their success.

Main duties of the role are: -

• Create and develop new business and relationships via a network of UHNW individuals and family offices

• Offer a full Private Banking and Wealth Management service to maximise portfolio income

• Ensure agreed budgeted targets are met or exceeded

• Develop relationships with intermediaries who may be sources for new business

The successful individual will have a portfolio of clients with AUM of £70million minimum, which he/she can bring across between 1-3 years.

Qualifications/Work Experience

• Demonstrate the ability to look after a Ultra High Value client base

• Knowledge of products and services provided by key business partners and assessing when to hand off

• You will have a proven track record in providing financial solutions to High Net Worth individuals ensuring that the products you offer match their needs.

• Plan and execute sales campaigns

• Further strengthen company profile in the HNW/UHNW area

• Previous Experience in managing and developing a portfolio of Clients with at least $100million of AUM

• Have at least 4 years relevant experience, having performed a similar role

• Ideally be a well known name with an established reputation

• Be sales oriented with good product knowledge particularly of managed portfolios and alternative asset management

• Be capable of and be motivated to sell to successful and influential people

• Be a self-starter able to work with a degree of day-to-day autonomy

• Be an excellent planner and organiser

• Be a team player that is able to gain the respect of his/her peers

• Be someone who is resilient, self-confident with presence and energy

• Possess good sales and client relationship skills

• He/she must have good and established contacts with the professional and high net worth community

• Possess a successful track record of winning and developing accounts

• Possess knowledge of tax, property and have a grasp of overall wealth management issues

• Ideally you will hold your relevant financial advice certificates,
