A leading Regional Investment Bank in the Middle East is looking to appoint a Head of Sales to be based in their Riyadh office, Saudi Arabia. Due to growth the need has arisen to secure a top tier Head of Sales for the business, who will take over full responsibility of the existing client relationship management team and continue to grow this team as required.
Reporting to the CEO, the Head of Sales will a key member of the senior management team, and be tasked with managing and driving the sales team’s performance (introducing KPI’s, targets and measures) across the firm’s lines of business - Investment Banking, Private Equity, Brokerage and Asset Management. This person will ideally have a background in Equity Sales and distributions / Asset Management Institutional Sales, and be comfortable going out to market to capitalise for the Private Equity funds.
This person MUST have prior experience in the senior level management and building of a sales team, and be an exceptional communicator. Ideally Arabic speaking, the ideal candidate will have prior coverage of the Saudi market whilst bringing international experience to the table.
