The position will involve managing different operations projects, including Asia-Pacific regional initiatives, global operations infrastructure and platform initiatives, operational risk control and assessment, process re-engineering with Six-Sigma. They will co-ordinate with key stakeholders for IT projects implementation in Asia-Pacific, be responsible for budget management on IT expenditure. Lead the respective operations and IT teams through business case evaluation, project initiation/ definition, gap analysis, testing and trial run. Be responsible for  conversion and post-implementation support and communicate with key business partners, such as with front office, finance, risk control to derive an optimal solution for the business .

The Key Requirements

The individual must be a highly motivated leader with hands-on knowledge on treasury products and the trade life cycle. Have at least six years' treasury experience, of which three years are at management level within project management. In addition they must be a highly influential person with strong presentation and interpersonal skills and fluent in English.
