To assist in the delivery of the HR strategy aligned to business needs, our client, a real estate investment management company, is looking for an experienced (5 years + ) HR individual able to think around processes and implement procedures and global HR initiatives for the Luxembourg, Paris and Frankfurt offices. This is a very challenging and varied role in a dynamic and evolving environment ! HR Manager (ref 0809-54ADV) full time or flexible part-time
Your main role:
manage the entire recruitment process and prepare employment contracts
advise and coach managers on best practice recruitment, HR issues, practices and procedures
manage outsourced payroll function
general HR administration (database maintenance, filing process,...)
ensure the implementation of a training plan and organise training requests
maintain knowledge of employment legislation
co-coordinate compensation and benefits and manage annual remuneration review process
administer the performance management process
management reporting
Your profile:
university degree
minimum 5 years HR experience in an international organisation or within the financial services sector
good working knowledge of Luxembourg, French and German employment regulations
fluent written and spoken English and French. German is an advantage
demonstrated ability to initiate and manage change as well as providing advice on a range of HR issues
ability to prepare complex analysis, briefings and reports
willing to work overtime according to business needs
