The role

• Assessing and processing loan transaction and compliance documentation
• Analysing creditors and borrowers’ financial and operating statements
• Regular reporting to clients and relationship management
• Cash-flow analysis
• Liaising with external parties to obtain property and market information
• Assisting with underwriting analysis of prospective security properties
• Opportunity to manage assets in accordance with client and loan requirements

The requirements

• Degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate or equivalent
• Similar experience with an investment bank or servicing company
• Background in CMBS and strong knowledge of the property markets
• Ideal candidate has strong numerical and analytical skills and a creative approach
• Fluent English and German language skills (verbal and written)
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel
