* Responsible for building detailed financial models for all financial analyses performed
* Perform valuation of public and private companies through comparable company, comparable transaction and discounted cash flow analysis
* Evaluate pro forma financial results for capital market transactions such as debt, equity and convertible security issuances

REQUIREMENTS

* c/o '05 or '06  -- Top Education preferred.
* 2+ years as an Analyst at Private Equity Shop or Top Investment Bank
* Advanced financial modeling capability.
* Familiarity with structuring and execution issues in leveraged buyouts and other private equity transactions.
