Our client, a private equity house covering China real estate is looking for an experienced Managing Director to lead their team.

|
Responsibilities: - Originating, underwriting,s tructuring and closing approved deals.
- Responsible for overall evaluation of investment opportunities, market conditions, and presentation to partners.
- Liaise with advisors, operating partners and third-party consutlants to source and review acquisition opportunities.
- Coordinate all internal approval memoranda, financial modeling and analyses.
Requirements: - Degree holder from top academic program with solid record (finance backgrounds a plus) - MBA preferred
- Over 10 years of relevant real estate, investment banking, management consulting or buy-side experience from a leading firm
- Strong quantitative skill set: accounting. quantitative and financial modeling
- Strong written and communication skills: ability to develop clear, concise written analyses on a variety of companies ,industries and projects
- Proficient in MS Office applications and working knowledge of databases and reference sources
- Strong network of contacts in industry
- Strong understanding of underwriting procedures and risk control in China
- Strong understanding of execution and closing procedures for all types of real estate transactions
