A growing investor group focused on international real estate investments is looking for an experienced accountant (4 years +) to perform the accounting and administration of the Luxembourg based holding entities of the group.  This role will suit an individual eager to take on responsibilities and happy to work on his/her own while liaising with offices worldwide.  Senior Accountant English/French Speaking (ref 0809-12LL)

You will be responsible for :

• general ledger management
• journal entry preparation
• statutory accounts of entities preparation
• group consolidation accounts preparation under Luxembourg GAAP and/or IFRS standards
• preparation of directors and shareholder's resolutions
• liaise with auditors, notaries, professionals
• preparation of corporation tax, income tax and other tax returns of Luxembourg entities
• preparation of group cash report
• follow up of cash transactions
• conception of a group management report

Your profile:

• Bac +3 accounting degree
• minimum 4 years accounting experience,  including several years within an audit firm
• knowledge of Luxembourg business regulations in accounting, tax and corporate administration
• Real Estate experience is an advantage
• fluent written and spoken English and French
• PC literate with knowledge of consolidation and accounting software
