Exciting Senior Product Manager role in a dynamic, online financial services player with a robust financial outlook and an aggressive growth strategy, housed in a FTSE-100 business - apply now!

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own a substantial P&L and grow an income line to meet ambitious growth targets. They will take responsibility for the new product development and innovations strategy and delivering compelling consumer propositions. They will deliver strong customer acquisition/retention results and maximise up/cross-sell opportunities, using customer insight to proactively improve business performance.

This is an exciting opportunity in a direct-to-consumer business with a reputation for strong branding and customer engagement. Its FTSE 100 parent has performed consistently well over the past five years and continues to deliver robust results in the market. The group agenda has been focused on growth (both domestic and international) over the last eighteen months, having previously completed a successful and impressive turnaround.

Candidate must be able to demonstrate:

  • Strong financial management experience - P&L ownership, budget management and understanding of the levers of a profitable business
  • Strong analytical and business planning experience (a numerical degree from a respected higher education institution is an advantage) 
  • Customer insight and centricity - ability to target, interpret and act on information to improve customer value and experience
  • Market and competitor analysis - awareness of competitor activity and market conditions, enabling rapid, adaptable strategic change
  • NPD and innovations exposure, with the ability to design and change a product set to meet customer requirements
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and cross-functional exposure
