You will be responsible for the development, design, operation, and improvement of the bank's systems, services and product lines.
You will be tasked to co-ordinate the daily operations of 35 branch outlets, revising internal structures and providing a range of unique management services.

You will be responsible for the company's businesses, in accordance with the overall company strategy. ? Responsible for the creation of a long term vision and strategy for the company. ? To set in place, strategic operating plans and budgets for each branch, to reflect longer term objectives for each branch ? To report to the board regularly on the operation of the company's businesses ? Provide an appropriate system for financial management reporting ? Responsible for all corporate communication and maintain a robust programme for investor relations
Perform all other duties as required. The ideal candidate will come from a corporate/commercial banking background, with Asset Management experience.
