Our client is a major bank with significant regional presence and impressive growth plan. Due to business growth, it is seeking to recruit high potential, energetic, and driven individuals to join its corporate actions function, based in Singapore.
These are exciting and challenging roles where you will be responsible for research, input, and processing of mandatory and discretionary corporate actions for the global markets. You will play a key role to ensure smooth operations in day to day processing and settlements of corporate actions as well as continually re-assess inherent operational risks and control procedures. You will have the opportunity to be involved in projects affecting corporate actions processes for new/revised business areas. In addition, you will service internal client groups and be involved in workflow improvement initiatives.
You are degree qualified with 1 to 5 years relevant experience gained in Corporate Actions and/or fund management back office operations. Sound knowledge of corporate actions, regulatory requirement (CDP/SGX) and SWIFT messaging will be preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be essential.
