The candidate will be a member of the development team responsible for the design and construction of applications in one or more work streams within the PrimeSwap application. These include trade capture guis, trade blotters, index management, settlement and a wide range of reporting and operational applications.The candidate will bring a high level of c#/.Net design and development skills and be expected to make a significant contribution to the design and development processes as well as architecture in order to meet the increasing demands of the business.
The candidate will be expected to be involved with all stages of the project lifecycle from initiation to deployment and support handover. Close interaction with both Front Office and other IT groups, across product lines including Equities and Derivatives, as well as interaction with PrimeServices teams in the US and Europe, will form an integral part of this role Skills The ideal candidate will have strong c#/.Net development skills to the PrimeRisk development team. Help develop specifications with the business analysts on a wide range of projects and initiatives, spanning PrimeSwap as well as other PrimeServices initiatives Document requirements, with the ability to target different audiences, from Front Office to IT Participate in the development process from requirements gathering, through implementation, to release Contribute to setting of high standards for code development and implement high quality development processes. Provide support for the deployment and successful use of the application in Credit-Suisse regional offices. Ability to run user acceptance tests with a wide user base across front office, back office and IT, and work with the development team to manage the release process. Design, document, implement, test, and release to the highest possible standard, with attention to detail Follow a formal Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC+) in every aspect of the development Must display attention to detail, willingness to learn, and must be proactive
