The individuals will have a good understanding of medium sized UK mid cap corporate clients as well as being well versed in FX and Interest Rate Derivative sales ideally with 3 years experience. There is a large client base and the current team are looking for individuals who can pick up the work streams immediately. Working alongside Relationship Managers to achieve derivative sales into a mixture of Medium Business ( T/O £10M - £25M) and Larger Business Clients (£25M+). Dependant upon experience individuals would be either go in at Manager or Associate Director level. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
To manage the development of business and sales to the corporate market/banks and ensure the Bank is seen to be a major and committed market player
To maintain relationships with major corporates/financial institutions (non-bank) and ensure that their requirements are serviced promptly and efficiently.
To develop relationships with major corporates/financial institutions and identify the potential for providing FMD services within the Bank's overall business development strategy.
To cross market products and translate these into profitable trading opportunities, where possible.
To identify and evaluate potential business opportunities and implement selling tactics designed to gain that business.
To support the director of the sales area to manage the corporate sales effort ensuring a consistent and highly professional approach.
